What we collect

When you send the form on our contact page, we receive the details you type in: your first and last name, your work email address, your company, your company website, your job title and your message. If you write to us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you put in your message. We collect nothing else from you.

Why we collect it

We use your details for one purpose: to answer your request. That might mean replying with questions, agreeing a time for a Site Survey, or sending you what you asked for. We do not add you to a list or use your details for anything you did not ask for.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to 12 months in case you come back to us, then we delete them.

Who sees it

Your details are not sold, rented or traded. They are seen only by the people at Booked Builders who handle your request and by the service providers that host this site and our email, who process them on our behalf.

Stopping contact and deletion

Reply "stop" to any message from us and we will not contact you again. To ask us to delete your details, or to see what we hold, email amara.berry@bookedbuilders.co or send a note through our contact form. We will confirm once it is done.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the standard technical details your browser sends when it requests a file.

Changes

If we change how we handle your details, we will update this notice on this page.
